ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Wexford, PA
$80K-90K + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the accounting function for a stable and growing organization. OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE:

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including GL, month-end close, financial statement prep, and reconciliations

• Lead all audit-related activities and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors

• Oversee and maintain banking relationships and cash management

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP

• Partner with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the accounting function

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• CPA or public accounting background is a plus, but not required
