Job Title : Building Technician - Dust Control\n\n About the Position \n\n

We are seeking a skilled Building Technician responsible for managing dust control in compliance with OSHA standards to ensure a safe and clean production environment.

\n\n Responsibilities \n\n
    \n\t
  • Execute tasks based on assignments or verbal instructions.\n\t
  • Perform repairs on building and equipment using hand and power tools and a variety of equipment (such as scissor lifts and forklifts).\n\t
  • Gather necessary supplies and materials for daily operations.\n\t
  • Assist in troubleshooting building system issues.\n\t
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and equipment.\n\t
  • Adhere to all prescribed safety rules and regulations.\n\t
  • Report any improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials, or unusual conditions to supervisors.\n
\n\n Requirements \n\n
    \n\t
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 lbs.\n\t
  • Capability to push/pull heavy objects.\n\t
  • Must be able to stand and work with hands for extended periods.\n\t
  • Familiarity with the department area.\n\t
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\n

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.\n\t
  • Strong attention to detail.\n\t
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.\n\t
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.\n

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm\n\t
  • Salary: $21-$13 per hour\n
