Business Support Admin
Title: Business Support Admin
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration: 12+Months
Locations:– Des Moines, IA : Hybrid 3 days onsite /2 days remote
As a Business Support Admin, you will: - Support Business Execution by proactively providing feedback and presenting ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools.
- Perform complex administrative support tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide assistance on escalated questions or issues from internal or external clients.
- Interact with client personnel to communicate and gather a wide range of information.
- Adapt to changing processes and scripts to meet business needs.
- Execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will have: - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and MSP (Microsoft Project)
- Working knowledge of Octane for project management and reporting
- Familiarity with Business Execution processes and expectations, including presenting ideas, collaborating with diverse teams, and handling escalated matters.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: Between $25- 30per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
