family in the Appleton area find a babysitter for their child with special needs. They are looking for a consistent provider to help them out weekly. The hours are very flexible! What you\'d do: - Hang out with a super sweet kiddo one-on-one - Play and have fun! - Offer emotional support when needed - Help with diapering and bathroom breaks Pay: \$18/hour. Must-haves: - A friendly, outgoing personality - Be mature - Be comfortable playing on the floor, building, and being curious - Reliable transportation to and from their home - Be dependable and on time - Experience with kids (paid or just taking care of your siblings counts!) - Be at least 17 - Pass a background check in Wisconsin Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin.
