Salary: Starting at $80,000 DOE

Position Overview

Our Real Estate Division is expanding, and we’re seeking a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role, based in Seattle, WA, will lead the coordination, execution, and oversight of construction and maintenance projects across our diverse portfolio—which includes eight wedding venues, four commercial office buildings, residential rentals, and other event properties.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction or facilities project management, strong vendor and contractor coordination skills, and the ability to manage both short-term repairs and long-term capital improvement projects. This role is key to ensuring our spaces remain beautiful, functional, and safe for guests and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all construction and maintenance projects, including capital improvements, renovations, repairs, and tenant improvements
  • Perform maintenance and repair requests
  • Oversee contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate project timelines, permitting, materials procurement, and scheduling
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess building systems, safety, and compliance
  • Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, reports, and budgets
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on scoping, planning, and budgeting for upcoming projects and acquisitions
  • Provide emergency response and problem-solving support for urgent maintenance issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs across the portfolio
  • Track and report on ongoing construction status, maintenance metrics, and capital planning
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in construction project management, facilities management, or related field; experience managing projects across commercial or mixed-use portfolios preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong knowledge building systems
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems, preventative planning, and vendor management
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (Asana or similar tools)
  • Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
