Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator

Due to growth seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to assist with the preparation and distribution of plans, budgets, submittals, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage RFI’s & submittal process, assist with change orders, procurement of materials and equipment, insurance certificates, and timely processing of pay applications, invoices, and lien releases.
