Under broad direction, this role is responsible for planning and supervising assigned Real Estate Services facility projects, including the design, construction, renovation, or replacement of office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, and site infrastructure facilities.
Oversees diverse project activities within the functional area of Real Estate Services.
Supervises both internal staff and external labor as needed to ensure successful project execution.
Develops and implements work plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and project timelines.
Maintains budgetary accountability for assigned projects, supporting cost containment and operational efficiency.
Ensures that work performed impacts positively on profitability and operations, while the consequences of error remain measurable and contained.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property or facility management.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of budgeting and policy administration.
