We are seeking a Customer Manager to join our Service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to bring their HVAC or plumbing expertise into a customer-focused role. About the Role

The Customer Manager is a middle-management role focused on managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and the profitability of work performed. This position also oversees a team of technicians, with responsibility for performance management and delivering high-quality service that supports long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop trust and long-term partnerships through regular, open communication. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being responsive, reliable, and solutions-focused.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer consultative services to help customers plan for and prioritize work. Identify recommended improvements and assist with long-term asset planning.
  • Generate Revenue: Negotiate new and existing preventative maintenance agreements in line with margin targets. Prepare clear, timely, and accurate quotations to support informed customer decisions.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Visit worksites regularly to confirm that plans, specifications, safety standards, and codes are being followed.
  • Support Field Team Performance: Provide support and guidance to technicians. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and company expectations.
