Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Corporate Security and Investigations, you will develop and implement innovative executive protection strategies tailored to our organization's needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough risk assessments and coordinating security measures to ensure the utmost safety for our executives.In this collaborative position, you will work closely with trusted security vendors and engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including Global Security, Human Resources, Legal, Global Business Resilience, and the Office of the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and team-oriented environment!This role will require up to 50% travel to both domestic and international Executive Protection of the CEO and Executive Leadership TeamCollaborate with internal/external stakeholders to effectively gauge security risk during travel, to include internationalProcess improvements to include Executive Protection SOP's and guidelinesResponsible for team career development and trainingDevelop strong working relationships with management at all levelsCollaborate cross functionally with internal/external stakeholders, executive drivers, external security, law enforcement and security vendorsPartner with internal/external stakeholders to integrate executive security into larger scale events and ensure a comprehensive security approachManages protective programs to include personal protection, corporate events, residential environments, air transportation and special projects.Assess, plan and document security advances and risk assessmentsProvide security coverage at offsite meetings, dinners and events when necessaryAssist with residential security upgrades, recommendations and enhancementsCreate and author security advisories and status reports to members of the ELT.Ensure protective equipment, communications equipment and medical equipment is maintained and in good working orderMaintain strictest confidentiality regarding information heard directly or indirectlyRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience10+ years of progressively responsible experience in roles related to Corporate Security, Intelligence, Law Enforcement or MilitaryMust meet eligibility requirements of HR-218 (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act)Must be in compliance with the Lautenberg Amendment and be able to pass a comprehensive background checkPossess or able to obtain within 90 days PA ACT 235 lethal weapons training certificationMaintain firearm proficiency and qualifications in accordance with state, local and federal regulationsExperience using case management systemsEligible to work in the United StatesExcellent oral communication and inter-personal skillsExcellent written communication skillsPrior managerial and leadership experienceMust be able to obtain international travel documents such as a U.S. Passport and possess a valid U.S driver's licenseStrong physical fitness with capability of working in physically demanding and high-pressure environments.Possess or able to obtain CPR AED and Basic first aid certificationsProven ability to work with highly confidential information and interact comfortably with Executive level leadership.What Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members' ability to live with purpose every day.
