Job Title: Document Control SpecialistJob Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Control Specialist who will be responsible for collecting, updating, and preserving departmental records in accordance with the Record Retention Matrix. This role ensures accurate storage, safeguards documentation integrity and confidentiality, and supports audits and version control processes. This position is ideal for candidates with data entry or clerical experience and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities + Collect record retention documents from each department in accordance with the Record Retention Matrix. + Ensure documentation is accurately stored both physically and electronically per company guidelines. + Safeguard documentation from loss of confidentiality, improper use, or loss of integrity. + Update and maintain records to meet Record Retention Matrix requirements. + Maintain legibility and preservation of stored records. + Support version control and monitor changes across the organization's network. + Assist with retention and proper disposition of documentation. + Upload new records and document modifications to the company network. + Keep the Record Retention Matrix up to date as needed. + Support internal audits related to documentation on the shop floor. + Record and report audit findings. Essential Skills + Must have SharePoint experience. + Proficient in the use of scanners and copy machines. + Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Experience with data entry and document tracking. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum of one (1) year of data entry or clerical experience. + Ability to work with supervisors and assistant managers to collect records. Work Environment This role is based onsite, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the potential for some overtime. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
