Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, design-forward Email Developer to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can blend pixel-perfect visual design with clean HTML/CSS email code , while collaborating closely with stakeholders, designers, and marketers.

You’ll own the creation of beautiful, high-performing emails—from building templates to light copywriting to optimizing images in Photoshop. If you love turning a brief into an engaging visual email experience, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and code responsive, visually compelling email templates and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requests into well-branded email communications
• Perform light copywriting and assist with layout and content flow
• Optimize and create images using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Work with developers/designers daily to ensure alignment on visual and technical standards
• Build emails using an email template builder (AEM preferred, but not required)
• Support QA testing and troubleshoot rendering issues across email clients
• Maintain brand consistency and contribute to best practices in email design

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and coding marketing emails
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to optimize and design assets
• Familiarity with email template builders (e.g., AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong design sensibility and understanding of responsive email layout and UI
• Ability to handle light copywriting and collaborate with stakeholders on content

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience using Adobe Campaign or similar tools for segmentation and deployment
• Understanding of email marketing KPIs, testing, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with accessibility and deliverability best practices
