Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented, credentialed tax professional (EA or CPA) to prepare individual, small business, and self-employed tax returns. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation, a strong understanding of tax regulations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and self-employed clients, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns for accuracy and completeness.

• Research and resolve tax-related questions or issues.

• Assist with data collection and organization for tax planning and compliance.

• Stay updated on tax law changes to ensure accurate reporting.

• Communicate with clients to collect documentation and explain tax matters.

• Most appointments are in the office (face-to-face) with clients.

Key Skills :

• Expertise in individual and business tax preparation.

• Proficiency with tax software (TaxWise experience is a plus).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain tax-related matters clearly.

• Knowledge of current tax regulations and best practices.

Certifications :

• Preferred: Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or actively pursuing CPA certification.
