We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting essential legal documents such as wills and other estate-related documents.

This position is based remotely, with a focus on the Rochester Area.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of wills and related legal documents.
Perform various administrative functions related to estate planning and the practice of law.
Maintain confidentiality in all client and firm matters.
Provide guidance and support to clients with clarity and professionalism.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Comprehensive knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws, as well as trusts and estates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research abilities.
Superior organizational and time-management skills.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and personalized attention to clients.
Ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, and offer well-reasoned advice based on a solid understanding of the law and legal precedents.
