Event Coordinator (Part-Time) – Backswing Brewing, Omaha Taproom
We’re looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to help us book and manage private events at our Omaha taproom. From baby showers and birthdays to corporate happy hours, you’ll be the go-to person making it all happen—and making sure it runs smoothly.
Responsibilities :
Respond to event inquiries and follow up with potential guests
Book and coordinate private parties, corporate events, and group gatherings
Work with our internal team to ensure successful events
Promote our space and build new event leads (some outreach involved)
Keep track of event details and manage schedules and confirmations
What We're Looking For:
Organized and self-motivated
Friendly and professional with great communication skills
Comfortable with outreach and talking to new people
Sales-minded and proactive—this role involves growing event bookings
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus
