We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team administrator to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations. In this role, you will coordinate new listings, ensure marketing systems are executed effectively, and support the team with scheduling, communications, and critical deadlines. You will also be responsible for organizing and executing team events and client appreciation experiences, running and documenting team meetings, and maintaining systems and checklists to maximize efficiency. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
