Provide safe, discreet, and efficient transportation for clients as needed, ensuring secure travel routes, alternate plans, and real-time adjustments to mitigate risks. Oversee security operations at private events, high-profile gatherings, and residential estates, ensuring perimeter security, access control, and smooth event management to protect clients and assets. Enforce strict access protocols, monitor entry points, and secure designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a controlled environment. React swiftly and effectively to security breaches, medical emergencies, or active threats, coordinating with emergency responders and law enforcement as needed. Manage on-site security operations, venue protection, and secure location transitions. Collaborate with team members, event staff, and external agencies to maintain a seamless security presence. Maintain strict discretion when handling sensitive client information, ensuring a professional and composed demeanor in all interactions. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles. Certifications: BSIS Guard Card BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218) Appropriate Use of Force Powers to Arrest Certification First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification for Adults, Children, and Infants Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, defensive tactics, and situational awareness to identify and mitigate risks proactively. Proven proficiency in conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and emergency response, with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and maintaining composure under pressure. High physical fitness, mental resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Ensures precise, concise, and professional communication in all interactions and documentation. Demonstrated skill in creating thorough, accurate reports to document incidents, observations, and activities that support client needs. Impeccable discretion, confidentiality, and integrity when handling sensitive information and working with high-profile clients. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Comprehensive understanding of California laws governing private security and firearms use, ensuring compliance in all operations. Extensive background in law enforcement or military service, providing a solid foundation in security protocols, tactical operations, and disciplined conduct. Proficiency in advanced work, defensive driving, and emergency medical response, including certifications such as Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR). Ability to remain composed, empathetic, and effective in high-stress situations. Awareness and respect for different cultural backgrounds. Skilled in using security technologies such as surveillance systems, sensors, alarms, and communication tools.
