Experienced McDonald's Shift Managers: Offering Shift Differential for Weekend & Closing Shifts! KENNEBUNK (20090) Job Description Hiring Experienced McDonald's Shift Managers up to $19.00 / hour! We are now paying Shift Differential Pay for CLOSING & WEEKEND SHIFTS!

• 4.00 / hour will be added to your hourly pay rate when you work any closing shifts Monday - Sunday!
• 1.00 / hour will be added to your hourly pay rate when you work any Saturday & Sunday day shifts!

If your base pay is $19.00 / hour , then you will earn $23.00 / hour when you work the closing shifts. What we offer: We pay for your experience and your starting pay will be determined accordingly. Requirements: Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
