Job Description

JNT Services is looking for a reliable, self-starter local FedEx Delivery Driver in Richfield, OH with little to no driving experience! We are looking for responsible, safe drivers to run daily routes who are self-motivated and career-minded.

Shift: Tuesday – Saturday starting around 8:30am

Driving Area: Mostly residential drops; about 120-140 stops a day

• Pay: $800-1200/week

Responsibilities:

• Completes timely delivery of packages each day.
• Verifies and completes required documentation and reports
• Communicates with customers to determine pick-up or delivery needs.
• Demonstrates internal and external customer service.
• Follows route manifest and creates efficient routing directions.
• Maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Checks vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order; reports issues to the appropriate person.
• Performs vehicle pre and post inspections and completes inspection logs.
• Fills truck with fuel at the end of each workday.
• Cleans cab and beds of truck out daily.

Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver’s license with a nearly clean driving record (no more than one moving violation within the last 3 years)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 1 year box truck driving preferred. Will train for the right employee!
