J-Pack Logistics Inc., an independent service provider for FedEx Ground, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in the New Hill, NC area! As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of J-Pack Logistics, ensuring timely and safe deliveries using our company-provided cargo vans or box trucks. You'll operate within New Hill, Stafford, and Broadway, North Carolina, playing a crucial role in our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
● Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver packages within designated timeframes.
● Load and unload shipments efficiently and in accordance with FedEx regulations. ● Handle packages of varying sizes and weights with care.
● Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
● Arrive at the terminal by 7:45 am to verify package loading and prepare for departure. ● Meet all delivery and pick-up time windows within your assigned route.
● Accurately code packages and assist with delivery/pick-up reconciliation. ● Provide a daily report to the AO detailing successes and areas for review. ● Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and fuel consumption records.
● Accept and complete assigned daily routes.
● Adhere to the bi-weekly work schedule.
● Assist with Express pick-ups from other drivers as requested.
● Help cover stops on other routes as needed.
● Provide friendly and professional customer service.
● Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
● Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security.
● Adhere to uniform requirements.
Qualifications:
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
● 6+ months of professional driving experience (delivery, box truck, or warehouse experience preferred).
● Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and navigation tools (GPS).
● Ability to lift and handle packages up to 100 lbs.
● Must be at least 21 years old.
● Ability to work in various weather conditions.
● Ability to complete 80-140 stops per day.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
● Willingness to undergo a background check, drug test (including marijuana), and DOT physical.
