Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com ( . **In this role, you will:** + Provide leadership, guidance and work direction to peers and colleagues + Review company policies and procedures to effectively communicate with peers and borrowers and assist in the implementation of collateral control procedures + Supervise examination activities to ensure conformity with established procedures + Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics + Ensure that financial records represent sound accounting procedures + Provide leadership, guidance and work direction to peers and colleagues + Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues + Assist on complex recurring inspections or financial exams working with more experienced examiners or exam team **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ months of Financial Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Collateral examination experience + Strong understanding of Accounting + Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance + Accounting Internships + Advanced Excel Skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Excellent customer service experience + Able to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment + Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills **Job Expectations:** + Ability to travel up to 30%-50% of the time + Valid US Passport + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + Salary ranges for this role are $46,500-$69,700 + May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
