Gleason Family Vineyards is looking for a harvest intern to assist with day-to-day operations in the winery. We have the pleasure of working with a wide range of grape varietals primarily from our two estate vineyards Roblar and Refugio Ranch. We are kind people, we like to work hard and we absolutely love harvest.

We are a small team and your tasks and responsibilities will be dynamic and comprehensive. You can expect to engage with all that harvest has to offer, including but not limited to vineyard sampling, fruit processing, fermentation management, sanitation, and basic lab analysis.

Prior experience is welcomed but not required. We are looking for an individual with uncompromising work ethic, communication, initiative and the ability to maintain a consistent and positive attitude.

For those applying without previous harvest experience, you can expect to work long hours and 7 days a week during peak activity. Many harvest tasks require physical exertion and a willingness to get wet and dirty. Despite the occasional challenge we make it fun, we keep it positive and we are confident that you will find the experience uniquely rewarding.
