Responsibilities include visiting the mature adult in their residence to provide education and hands on skilled care as directed by a multidiscipline plan of care. The incumbent demonstrates competency in patient care for neonate, pediatric, adult, geriatric and thanatology patients. The incumbent demonstrates competency in patient care for neonate, pediatric, adult, geriatric and thanatology patients. **Job Requirements** **Day Per Diem Home Health Registered Nurse** **Minimum:** + One (1) year home health nursing (LVN or RN) experience in the past five (5) years. + Current California RN license and a current BLS card from the American Heart Association. + Current driver's license. If out of state license, consistent with CA DMV regulations, must obtain CA driver's license within the first 30 days of employment + Current possession of automobile insurance and access to an operating motor vehicle **Preferred:** + One (1) year in an acute care setting or ICU nursing experience in the past five (5) years. + BSN degree + Public Health certificate \#LI-DH \#homehealthnurse \#homehealthrn \#homehealthnursing **Where You'll Work** Dignity Health Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 384-bed not-for-profit Level 2 Trauma Center located in Carmichael California.
