Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
  • Monitor and improve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • Train, mentor, and lead department managers and staff to uphold brand standards.
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the front office and housekeeping departments.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Keen eye for detail and hotel presentation in public areas.
  • Excel at guest service.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management software and operational best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
