Robert Half HR Solutions is currently recruiting for a contract HR Generalist with heavy HRIS Paycom administration for our client located in Atlanta GA. This contract role will be primarily focused on the administration of HRIS and requires proficiency in Paycom. Candidates who have 2+ years of Paycom experience will be given first consideration. The successful candidate will be expected to handle confidential information, generate reports, and work closely with HR staff and other departments to ensure the smooth integration of HRIS. This report is primarily remote, but would like an HR Generalist candidate with Paycom experience who is local to the greater Atlanta area in the event that there are onsite meetings from time to time.

If you also have experience working along side of the compensation department and/or a desire for compensation experience, that will be a wonderful fit for our client's well rounded HR department needs! While this role is primarily focusing on Paycom HRIS administration, it will interact closely with the Compensation department.

Responsibilities:

• Administer HRIS with a primary focus on Paycom

• Handle requests for employee data such as leave and benefits, processing them accurately and swiftly

• Generate ad hoc reports as required, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date

• Export data for the creation of headcount and turnover reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Document all HRIS processes, ensuring they are kept current and relevant

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, respecting the sensitive nature of HR data

• Collaborate with HR staff and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS

• Demonstrate a success driven attitude to all tasks, contributing to a positive work environment.

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
• Must have experience with the Paycom platform.
• Capable of managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Contract position requires the candidate to be immediately available.
