Description Position Summary At The Munson Group, LLC our people are the most important resource. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team at our New Brunswick, NJ office and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant manager recruitment and human resources, along with knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We're seeking someone who's passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. Essential Duties Work closely with leadership & general managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, with a focus on restaurant managers, meeting the company's goals and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping The Munson Group LLC find, hire, and retain quality candidates. Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open. Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies descriptions and announcements. Assist the Human Resource Director with projects and items as needed. Responsibilities Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications. Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates. Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation. Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations. Provide coaching and guidance to general managers and managers within the scope of hiring best practices. Support the Human Resource Director with sorting, assigning, and completing documents. Requirements Experience in human resources and recruitment strategies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Understanding of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods. Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for recruitment. Success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
