Why We Need You:

This position will inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems as well as educate and assist customers in choosing products and services to enhance their HVAC system.

Essential Duties:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing products, repairs, and services to enhance their HVAC system.
• Attend and participate in all required meetings and trainings to continue development of interpersonal and technical skills.
• Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• CUSTOMER ORIENTED/PERSONABLE – Possess pleasant composure, personality, and manner. Tech's approach to sales and customer relationships in which the staff focuses on helping customers to meet their short-term as well as long-term needs and wants.
• CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES – Possess a valid driver's license. Possess EPA Certification or able to obtain.
• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE— Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. 1 year or more of experience.
