Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions
- Ensure all work meets local and state codes
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Use mobile technology and apps to manage jobs and reporting
- Represent Ultimate Air with professionalism and customer-first attitude
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must provide their own industry specific basic tools.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Must be willing to participate in paid training and certification programs
- Must be able to work in high heats and outdoors when needed.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

Schedule Full-time | Monday to Friday | Occasional on-call rotation or weekend availability
