Thompson Hospitality is excited to announce our Summer Internship Program, offering students an opportunity to obtain valuable work experience in the Hospitality Sector. This is a paid professional development opportunity that places interns in a department that aligns with their career interests and field of study.

Duration: This internship program is seasonal during the summer months, with a start date of May 19 th and end date of August 8 th . Specific work schedules shall be determined by the department based on internship assignment and course requirements. 35 – 40 hours. In office. Internships are non-exempt positions.
Pay: Undergraduate Students: $18.00 per hour
Summer interns will not work more than forty (40) hours in an administrative work week
Gain hands-on experience in facilities management by assisting with the maintenance, operations, and improvement of building systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include supporting daily facility operations, coordinating vendor services, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role offers exposure to the logistics of maintaining efficient and safe facilities in a dynamic environment.
Ideal for students pursuing studies in facilities management, engineering, or related fields, this internship provides practical skills and insights into facility operations and workplace sustainability.
Qualifications:
Interns must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be punctual with reliable transportation, have a strong work ethic and maintain confidentiality when required.
