Do you have a passion for cycling, the great outdoors, and creating unforgettable travel experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and organized International Cycling Tour Guide to join our team and lead epic cycling adventures around the globe.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and/or sweep groups of 30–60 cyclists across stunning international destinations.
  • Manage all aspects of tour logistics, including vendor coordination, reservations, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, whether it's a minor bike issue or a last-minute schedule shift.
  • Build camaraderie and trust among guests through charisma, empathy, and genuine connection.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional hospitality—think thoughtful touches, surprise moments, and a deep understanding of what guests need before they ask.
  • Drive support vehicles as needed, and assist with loading/unloading bikes and gear.
  • Foster group cohesion, joy, and lasting memories.
  • Conduct post-tour debriefs and submit after-action reports to help improve future trips.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in leading group events or tours—preferably cycling-related.
  • Deep understanding and appreciation of cycling culture and community.
  • Ability to fix minor mechanical issues on bicycles (e.g., flat tires, brake adjustments).
  • Extremely charismatic and outgoing—someone who lights up a room and can connect with anyone.
  • High emotional intelligence—you can read the room, anticipate needs, and navigate group dynamics with grace.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills, including pre-trip planning and real-time adjustments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable traveling internationally for weeks at a time.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and long travel days.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to hike or cycle for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs (22 kg) and raise 35 lbs (15 kg) overhead.
  • Must be able to drive up to 8 hours in a day (valid driver’s license required).
  • Active passport and ability to travel internationally.
Bonus Points If You:
  • Speak multiple languages
  • Have first aid or wilderness medical training
  • Have experience in hospitality, event planning, or logistics
  • Have guided international or adventure travel previously
