Responsible for providing client relationship management and investment banking services, including strategic advisory services to corporate and private equity clients related to buyside and sellside M&A, debt and equity capital raising, designated by industry/sector. Industry coverage includes industrials, financial sponsors, consumer and retail, healthcare, financial institutions, energy, and technology, media, and telecom. Senior investment banking professionals are expected to generate a balanced mix of M&A, debt, and equity capital raising of $7 million to $30 million, tailored to their sector coverage. They are also expected to promote the bank's treasury and payment solutions, floating rate and F/X, private wealth, insurance, and other services. Additionally, they serve the bank's corporate banking and commercial clients with strategic advisory and traditional investment banking services, collaborating with primary Commercial and Corporate Banking coverage professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution.
2. Perform tasks assigned and managed by senior staff, including drafting documents, executing transactions, and working with clients, attorneys, investors, and other professionals.
3. Mentor Analysts or Interns as needed.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, market, industry sector, and financial products
• Mastery of financial and accounting concepts for financial modeling
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid analytical and sales skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree with a Finance focus
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Experience in mentoring and coaching

The annual base salary for this position is $225,000.
