JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks,
including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation. Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins regularly. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, hallways, and breakrooms. Perform minor building maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and basic repairs. Assist with plumbing tasks as needed (leak repairs, fixture maintenance, etc.). Assist with painting and touch-ups of walls, trim, and other surfaces. Inspect building systems and report any issues to management. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months, including shoveling, plowing, and salting walkways and parking areas. Assist with special projects or event setups as needed. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: 12 years of janitorial and plumbing experience; some painting experience preferred. Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and perform heavy lifting. Must have a valid driver\'s license. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test. Proficient in using snow plows, power tools, and hand tools. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety-conscious work ethic.
