#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Daily Preparation:** Arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 AM to load the van with necessary tools and equipment for the day’s jobs.
- **Site Setup:** Drive to job locations, unload tools, and organize the workspace efficiently and safely.
- **Surface Preparation:** Conduct patching, sanding, and washing of court surfaces to ensure they are ready for painting.
- **Court Layout:** Measure and accurately layout court dimensions, marking where paint and lines will be applied.
- **Paint Application:** Prepare paint and apply it evenly using a large rubber squeegee, ensuring a smooth finish.

-**Mixing Products**Measure and Mix Paint and other products accurately.
- **Line Painting:** Measure and mark court lines, apply tape, and paint the lines for a professional look.
- **Cleanup:** Gather tools and materials, leaving the site clean and safe.
- **Customer Interaction:** Maintain a professional attitude while communicating with customers on-site.

#### Requirements:
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfort working outdoors in sunny conditions.
- Some experience in construction, painting, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
-Good Driving Record able to drive Promaster.

#### Additional Information:
- This is a seasonal position; we typically do not work during the winter months.
