Join our financial services client on a mission to transform employee learning and development and fill the role of Learning Experience Designer. As a Learning Experience Designer (LXD), you’ll shape the future of learning by creating innovative, scalable, and impactful experiences that empower employees across onboarding, sales, leadership, and digital upskilling. • Up to $110k  

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design of learner-centered, blended learning experiences using design thinking and adult learning principles.
• Develop engaging eLearning, microlearning, and video content using Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, and Canva.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, SCORM/xAPI, and mobile learning standards.
• Leverage learner data and feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Support and optimize LMS functionality to enhance user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design.
• A strong portfolio of digital learning projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, and Canva.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory and models like ADDIE or SAM.
• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, ADP, TalentLMS).
