Medical Assembler II/Technician
\n Location: Lake Zurich, IL
\n Client: Kelly
\n Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
\n $20-26/hr
\n Shift Information:
\n 1st Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday
\n 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday
\n This is a permanent, contract-to-hire position w/ benefits. Experienced candidates encouraged to apply, pays based on experience!

\nWhat’s a typical day as a Medical Assembler/Technician? You’ll be:\n\n

\n\t
• Following quality system and all applicable SOPs\n\t
• Producing components, subassemblies, or final assemblies with minimal supervision\n\t
• Performing in-line checks and utilizing hand tools such as calipers and rulers\n\t
• Conducting in-line product testing on subassembly and finished products\n\t
• Identifying and communicating defects to supervisor or engineer\n\t
• Operating a variety of equipment including adhesive dispensers, UV cure, vertical shrinker, braider, tipping machines, and molding equipment\n\t
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly CER cleaning for individual stations\n

\nThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:\n\n

• Have experience in a similar role within the medical device manufacturing industry\n\t
• Experience with Calipers, Micrometers, Scalpels, Soldering Iron, Tweezers, and Microscopes\n
