**Job Title: Millwright** **Job Description** The role of a Millwright involves both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. This position requires proficiency in welding (MIG, STICK, and TIG) for various projects, performing lockout/tag-out procedures, fabricating parts as needed, and installing and troubleshooting machinery. Successful candidates will troubleshoot and repair conveyors, agitators, gear boxes, motors, paper recycling machines, valves, pumps, switch gears, clutches, jackshafts, rolls, and splicing equipment. Additionally, they will work with both hydraulic and pneumatic machinery and install bearings and seals on machinery, while adhering to all company and OSHA standards. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance. + Perform welding (MIG, STICK, TIG) for projects as needed. + Execute lockout/tag-out procedures when necessary. + Fabricate parts for projects and jobs as required. + Install and troubleshoot machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, agitators, gear boxes, motors, and various machinery components. + Work with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery. + Install bearings and seals on machinery. + Comply with company and OSHA standards. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as a millwright/mechanic. + Proficiency in welding, specifically MIG and STICK. + Experience working with voltage up to at least 480V. + Ownership of personal tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a mill, refinery, chemical, or power plant environment. **Why Work Here?** This position offers great benefits and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and challenging environment. The environment can be dirty and experiences temperature fluctuations, getting hot in the summer and cooling down in the winter.
