ROLE IMPACT
This part-time Office Assistant role supports the Executive Assistant with essential daily operations, helping maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Ideal for students seeking hands-on administrative experience while contributing to a professional workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Executive Assistant with routine office tasks
• Receive and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Coordinate lunch orders for on-site meetings and executive team
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including stocking supplies and groceries
• Dispose of trash and recycling as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to lift and move light office supplies or packages
• Comfortable working independently in a professional setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Outlook
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Office equipment (printers, copiers, postage machines)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in an office or administrative setting
• Familiarity with mailroom or supply room tasks
