Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary As an Aircraft Appearance Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of aircraft interiors and exteriors, contributing to a positive experience for passengers and crew. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing aircraft cabins, galleys, and lavatories, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with airline and safety regulations. Attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to security protocols are essential in this role. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and requires compliance with WFS site security procedures, including reporting security breaches or suspicious activities.Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors, including seating areas, tray tables, windows, overhead bins, and lavatories.
• Vacuum and mop cabin floors, wipe down armrests and ensure galleys are tidy and stocked.
• Remove trash, restock essential supplies (e.g., tissues, safety cards, seat covers), and replace soiled blankets and pillows.
• Perform deep cleaning as required, including disinfecting high-touch areas.
• Follow all safety and security procedures, ensuring compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks within turnaround times.
• Report any damage, missing items, or security concerns to supervisors.Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to obtain an airport driving permit.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and safety protocols.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• *This job is covered by a collective bargaining agreement of the Transport Workers Union (TWU), a labor union that requires joining the TWU and paying union dues.** Preferred Skills
• Previous experience in aircraft cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with airport security procedures and aviation regulations.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including working on outdoor ramps in extreme temperatures.
• Working in confined spaces, such as aircraft cabins and galleys.
• Handling cleaning chemicals and operating cleaning equipment.
• Fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times for aircraft servicing.
