Our Partner, a global technology leader for innovative solutions in the printed circuit board (PCB) and semiconductor/ integrated circuit (IC) industry with headquarters in Austria is looking for a committed PLC Programmer to help with their continued expansion and future in the US. Your responsibilities Be the cornerstone of our US operations by programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems. Design and implement control systems and HMIs for various automation projects. Integrate PLCs with other industrial devices and systems, including SCADA, robotics, and vision systems. Collaborate with electrical engineers and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of PLC systems into the overall machinery. Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams. Your profile Completed technical education in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in PLC programming (structured text). Proficiency with PLC programming software Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks.
