Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing contract manufacturer, is looking for Production Workers to join their team. In this role, you'll help build high-quality assemblies and harnesses. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, can read a tape measure(8th of an inch), and has a strong work ethic.

Job Title:  Production Worker

Location: Seven Valleys, PA

Pay Range: $16 hourly

What's the Job?

• Assemble wire cable assemblies and wire harnesses from job orders using hand tools and small hand-held power tools.
• Read and comprehend simple written instructions, sentences, and paragraphs in work-related documents.
• Follow verbal and written directions to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Lift up to 45 lbs

What's Needed?

• Ability to visually distinguish all colors.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Metric measuring system.
• Ability to measure to the 8th of an inch
• Capability to work standing up or sitting down as needed.
• IPC Certification is a huge plus!
