ECS s Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems (AEWS) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. The program manager will lead engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) activities and cross-functional relationships through the early phases of the lifecycle. This role will be based in Nashua NH, and is full-time on-site. The individual selected for this role will work closely with the functional leads to supply the EMD builds to engineering for test and qualification. It will require extensive attention to detail and coordination between the customer, engineering, manufacturing and quality. The program manager will also be responsible for Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and Production Readiness Reviews with the customer. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI/SAP/SAR. + Bachelor of Science degree. + Minimum 5 year of Defense Industry experience. + Excellent program/project management skills with a high level of business and financial acumen and proven ability to manage scope and budget. + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Provide leadership and program management oversight of a project team assuring the project meets financials, schedule, and technical objectives, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. + Develop program/project plans specifying goals, staffing needs, schedule milestones, risks and contingency plans. + Communicate with all levels of senior management regarding program performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Demonstrated success in a program management role. + Experience being Cost Account Manager (CAM). + Top Secret Clearance with recent SCI Billet. + Master of Science and/or MBA. + PMP or other related certifications. + Experience with electronic warfare products. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
