Location : Hybrid in Englewood, CO

  • Remote : Mondays and Fridays
  • In-Office : Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Job Type : 3-month contract with the possibility of extension on a month-to-month basis

Compensation : $30.00-40.00/hour

About the Role:

This is a full-cycle recruiting position where you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and results-driven Internal Recruiter to collaborate closely with our internal team, working directly on positions that our clients have entrusted us to fill. This role will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension on a month-to-month basis and is paying $30.00-40.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Postings : Craft job descriptions and post job openings across various platforms.
  • Sourcing : Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative recruiting methods.
  • Interviewing : Conduct video interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Offer Management : Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and guide them through the acceptance process.
  • Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process and ensure the candidate successfully starts their role.
  • Client Relations : Maintain communication with clients to ensure expectations are met throughout the hiring process.
  • General Administrative Tasks : Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining candidate records, updating internal systems, handling email correspondence, and other office-related tasks as needed.
  • Additional Tasks : Other responsibilities or tasks as needed to support the team and meet client demands. Flexibility and adaptability will be important in this role.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team to fulfill our clients' staffing needs across various industries.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (experience in agency recruiting is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Required Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously and stay organized
  • Must be able to work independently, while collaborating effectively with the internal team
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS or Oil & Gas roles would be a huge plus!
  • Experience using Bullhorn to track applicants
