What you get to do:

• Source and screen potential candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings in the professionals industry
• Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region or with specified clients
• Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs
• Increase the number of qualified applicants in database
• Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations

What you need to bring:

• 1+ years of recruiting desired.
• 3 years of professional experience or 2 years of B2B sales.
• Previous background in Business Admin, Office Management preferred
• Degree in business administration, office management preferred
• Resilient, results orientated and positive approach
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment
• A competitive nature
• Be a multitasking wizard, handling a lot of information seamlessly
• Listening skills to ensure the right things happen for clients
• Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
• Detail orientation with follow-through, seriously we make things happen
• Communication and influencing skills
• Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives, we are productive

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
