All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full-time **Shift** : Days **Location:** 2350 MEADOWS BLVD, Castle Rock, 80109 **The role you'll contribute:** The Safety Officer will develop, coordinate, and monitor programs to assure compliance with requirements of The Joint Commission Environment of Care (EC) and Emergency Management (EM), OSHA (e.g. hazard communication, injury investigations, and injury reduction efforts), and NFPA (e.g. life safety education, fire drills, and compliance assistance and documentation review). Will also serve as the on-site security contact and facility contract liaison. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of TJC Environment of Care programs for facilities under the hospital's license. + Assesses hospital performance as it relates to the EC and EM standards and identifies areas for improvement.
