Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position. + Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. + In-depth understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with capital equipment. + Experience in contract manufacturing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr. medical, 401k, vacation, holiday Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in San Jose,CA.
