Elevate the dining experience and operational impact! As Senior Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure premium guest service, and collaborate with culinary and event teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll lead with precision and passion to uphold Levy standards across all service areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience
Strong understanding of service operations in events and venues
Proficiency in staff scheduling, budgeting, and training
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory controls, and guest satisfaction tools
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-of-house operations across all dining outlets and events
Lead and mentor FOH supervisors and staff to ensure high performance
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams for flawless event execution
Uphold guest service standards and resolve service issues promptly
Monitor labor costs, inventory, and financial metrics to meet goals
Train staff on Levy service protocols and health/safety practices
Analyze service trends and implement improvements
