Job Description

Genesys Industries, a leading supplier of Industrial components and products, is seeking a dedicated Shipping Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Manage all aspects of the shipping process including packing, labeling, and tracking of products.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management and maintain organized warehouse facilities.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize materials handling procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of shipping personnel to achieve departmental goals.
• Able to operate Forklift Preferred
• Able to maintain receiving log of parts, mark and tag inventory.
• Must be able to accurately count, pack and ship product. 50-75 shipments daily.
• UPS/FedEx System Experience- Ability to build small crates/pallets.
• Experience packing, taping, and shipping Boxes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management., Build skids, stretch wrap, band etc
• Strong background in materials handling within a supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and shipping/receiving processes.
• Excellent team management skills, self starter, self-motivated and works with minimal supervision.
• Operate Forklift- Ability to follow directions.- Must be reliable and have reliable transport.
• Perform tasks in accordance with training and company guidelines
