The role is a part of the IOC Workforce Planning and Admin team within our Integrated Operations Center group. You'll have the exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate workforce planning and admin initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing projects that align staffing needs with business goals, optimizing workforce utilization, and ensuring timely delivery of workforce-related initiatives.
