What you will bring to the table as an RF Optimization Lead:

• Bachelor's degree in either Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Wireless Systems Engineering
• Strong Ericsson experience
• 10+ years of experience in mobile networks related experience, with a deep knowledge of 5G/4G (including VoNR/VoLTE) technologies
• Experience with 3GPPS standards, RAN feature proposals, Trials, Pre-Post of Features implementation. Layer management, traffic management,
• End to End optimization experience
• Experience with Layer 3 troubleshooting
