Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and efficiency. This role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades to enhance system functionality. The System Administrator will collaborate with various departments to support their technical needs and ensure seamless operation of all IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Office 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Implement and oversee networking and perimeter security
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform regular system updates and backups.
• Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement new technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (highly desired).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Zscaler or FortiGate (preferred).
• Strong understanding of network security and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
