Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures. **Job Summary:** We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Product Owner with a strong background in product management and expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems. In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of our POS solutions by managing the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that our offerings align with both customer needs and business objectives. **Responsibilities:** + Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and drive successful delivery. + User Story Development: Create clear and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to guide development efforts. + Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap that supports strategic goals and enhances customer value. + Customer Focus: Continuously gather feedback and insights to ensure the product addresses user pain points and market demands. **Qualifications:** + Experience: 3-5 years in a Product Owner or related product management role, with direct experience in POS systems. + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline. + Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of POS technologies, Agile practices, and software development life cycles. + Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. + Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus. **This position will be posted till 05/09/2025** + **\#Li Hybrid** + **\#ConcentrixCatalyst** The base salary range for this position is $ 91,457- $ 137,186 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
